They took the money & did not send the product!

A few years ago I considered BG, a safe online store for shopping. This has changed in an emphatic way recently. The latest example is a recent purchase. Without any notice, a product listed as readily available was never sent. They just kept the money and sent nothing without any notice! I had to contact their slow customer service to ask what happened with the order and they were full of empty excuses. Banggood has become the worst online store I used, it has lost my trust and I would not advise anyone to trust it.
