They give me refund, but they can do it better.

They give me refund after 60 days, they didn't full me, but it is not the best that they can do, because my order is in the same status being 2 times , about week after shipment, and obviously it will not arrive because there is something wrong in transit, because it have 2 same tracking statuses, second thing is that I get shipping insurance, and that insurance gives absolutely nothing, you can have it or not, you anyway will have your refund after 60 days. But anyway they didnt fool me, thanks them a lot for that.
