The best support

Banggood has the best support out of all shops. You can always explain your view on the problem. On the other sites you just recieve a decision: yes/no. I am happy to be their customer. I don't know why they treat people so nice. I suppose that I feel that because I am VIP5 and they care more about me. But I remember times when I was VIP2. There was no problem also to get reliable support.

My final words: everyone knows that the quality of Chinese products is sometimes excellent and sometimes poor. That is the reason why the support is important in buying there. Banggood never **** to me or cheated. It is my favourite place for shoppings.
