Terrible Customer Service on incomplete Delivery.

I have placed an Order for High Pressure Hose part and the item has been delivered incomplete. I have logged a query stating the item is incomplete. on the 17 January 2021. I have submitted Pictures as requested to indicate what is incorrect. i have received messages since Monday 18 January 2021 requesting pictures stating its unclear. i am at my wits end as this is incomplete and is not been resolved.
