Terrible customer service

I used to buy alot from banggood but I bought a R8000 drone from them and the battery stopped working within less than a year. I told them this and received no proper help except a few lousy points worth like R20. Customer service is terrible and they asked for videos of proof as well as a few other things to prove my purchase just to tell me a few days later that they cannot help! Why ask for a video if you know you're not going to help?!
