Still waiting for my panel to arrive more than 4 months later..???

I placed an order more than 4 months ago for 9 × Th16 controllers and probes and 2 × PowR2 controllers and 11 waterproof boxes. After being told that my parcel was being split as there was no current stock, I didn't think anything of it as I have been told that Banggood are very good. I recieved my first parcel in two weeks which was fine, thank you but I am still waiting for the rest of my parcel more than 4 months later...!!!

I have left countless messages with their help desk asking for help and every time I get the same response saying we are sorry for the inconvenience but please wait another 2 weeks... wait another 2 weeks...wait another 2 weeks....

I'm sorry but it doesn't take 4 months to restock this product. And you can't blame Covid 19 as we are receiving other parcels from overseas..? Please can a manager or someone that is higher up please escalate this matter as this service is very poor.

I would definitely not recommend this company..!!
