Stay away from these people you will never receive your stuff

Hello Peter, please assist, I placed orders ***3 and ***2 with banggood and specifically selected shipping method to " South African Direct Mail (7-15 business days) as i have had more than 2 terrible experiences with Airparcel Register where i never receive my orders after having waited 4 months. Upon logging onto the system again to check my order i see that both these orders have been selected to shipping method: Airparcel Register (35 business days and longer). They refuse to correct this and are refusing to cancel my order and refund me my money since their system did not honor what i ordered it to do.
