Service department is a joke.

I 'm writing this review according to my recent experience of customer service of this online shop. Until this time my experience was very good, but unfortunately this changed drastically. Now I know that as long as a product stop working you are out of luck. You have not have any kind of after-sale service. You do not have a service manual. You do not have replacement parts. And above all, as it seems, the warranty for the majority of their product is only six months from the day of purchase (not the day of delivery - ridiculous but true). The product I was referring is the "[ AI Version ] XIAOMI Tinymu Smart Toilet Cover Seat" that costs over $350.

Conclusions - suggestions: 1. It is not worth to buy expensive equipment from the store (for cheapest equipment the store is probably willing to compensate for a bad product more easily). 2. If you do be sure that you are covered in case that something goes wrong. 3. Check the warranty of the product. 4. Buy only popular products with many reviews. 5. Make sure that there is a manufacturer's online site and you have access to it.

I have more than 5 year experience with the store but in the future I will keep all the above in mind, if I have to buy something from them again.
