**** company

Doesn't deserve a star.. I bought a laser engraver on the 3rd of November and everytime I enquire about it they say the product is out of stock. More than a month and I'm still sitting with the same problem. I got an email from them thee other day stating they're busy processing my produc and will put it through high quality testing just to receive a email later stating my product is out of stock I'm in disbelief with this company and their automated responses aren't helping at freaken all. They're a **** company and I would recommend them to no 1. No transparency at all. The 18th of December and still not anywhere close to receiving my paid product
