I bought a wireless outdoor pet fence system and it doesn’t work. I reported it to them and had to send both photos and a video to prove it doesn’t work. Despite proving it doesn’t work, they keep emailing me asking the same questions or asking me if I put it on outdoor mode, which my video clearly shows. I want a refund!!!! It was expensive and not only a waste of money, but I would have to pay the postage to send the defective product back to them? I paid extra postage to get it here as I desperately need it for my dog but now I will be out of pocket when they eventually decide to let me return it as I must pay to send it back. I’m disgusted and will never buy anything from them again. What a *******!!
