Problem making contact with Banggood.com
Bought a JJRC Drone one month ago. It arrived in due course, after some understandable delays due to Customs and so forth. All seemed good. The drone was defective out of the box. It could not calibrate; the LED lights which indicate successful GPS signal remained permanently red (indicating an error). Absolutely zero success and zero joy. Now the problem: I have tried to contact Banggood.com via their website. I have submitted pictures of the problem and explained in detail what is wrong 7 (seven) times now, and this after their promise (on the website) to make contact or reply within 24 hours. I have not heard a peep. I sent the email from the same email address they use to fill my inbox with advertising, so nothing wrong there. I just have no idea what else to do. IF anybody has success with contacting them, please tell me the process you followed because I have been trying for 10 days now without any success at all.
I now want to retract it.
Turns out that the email responses from Banggood were going into my Spambucket/Junk Mail folders and were just not seen by me.
I apologise to them.
They were on the ball with their responses and kept in touch with me.
It now waits to be seen whether they actually refund me or not.
