Poor service Banggood

Terrible customer service and no feedback. They kept on sending me invoice for taxes, when I had paid the first invoice they sent me a second and then when I queried this, they simply ignored me. I had to pay a second time and then saw that they had sent me parcels in two packages, despite the fact that I ordered them at the same time. I rather purchase locally from now on, it is certainly not worth the wait and the lack of customer service
