Poor Aftersales BANGGOOD

The order process was quick and easy. Don't be fooled though. When checking out you have an option to take out tariff insurance - in case you are charged import taxes in your country.

By taking the insurance Bangood should make good on their promise, to refund the buyer , the amount paid to customs.

After receiving the parcel , I emailed the providing banggood customer services with proof of payment and an email from Buffalo logistics ( this is the int courier that delivered my parcel ).

Banggood kept coming back to me to provide proof of payment for Tariff. This happen 3 times. So I doubt I will be reimbursed for the custom charges I had to pay.

Just keep this in mind when Ordering. Full of promises but little action .
