Paid Item not shipped

Purchased an item with money payed in full and subtracted from my account. Order is still showing"processing" after 7 days. I have yet to recieve any shipping confirmation and when i tried to contact you via email 4 days ago and you still have not rep****.

Its simple, iether ship the item or i want my money back!
