Overall, I had a solid experience with the customer service

I made large order in which took over four months to arrive. On top of that, two of the products I received were broken and therefore stalling the project I was currently working on. I contacted the customer service and the staff was quick to respond while being very professional. After a few exchanged emails with me detailing the problem and sending video evidence, they were able to provide a full refund for one of the two products.

Overall, I had a solid experience with the customer service.
