Order part wrong deliver

I think Bang good is I ***** - order item - did not receive the correct item - lodged a complaint - there after all my emails are block by Bang good. Can't contact the company they don't exists. I think the media must be inform of this company. They have no pride in their sales. After sales guarantee and return policy does not exist. I can take a lost can you take a lost in sales.
