order number 10570**** with Banggood

I placed an order number 10570**** with Banggood and got an email order confirmation on Tue, Nov 30, 2021, at 2:48 PM… It’s now Jan 19, 2022, and my order has not been shipped. I have on two occasions in December 2021 and January 2022 been promised shipment in 48Hrs via the online chat, and still no delivery in almost 2 Months…. I get no updates, and they even refused to provide an email address I can use to follow up… I’m beginning to think they’re ****!
