I ordered $150 worth of items from banggood.com and qualified for free shipping. I paid using PayPal. Afterward they emailed me several times letting me know that I needed to pay an additional amount for shipping. I rep**** each time and requested that they escalate the problem on their side. Not once did they reply to my email. Now they cancelled the order without giving me a refund. According to them I have not rep**** to any of the messages from them.
