No product or refund

I ordered products online. The payment went through on my account but did not receive a order number or email for conformation. I contacted their customer service for assistance but they could not help met without a order number. I even sent them a screen shot from PayPal to show that the payment were made. Still they can't assist. I did not receive any product or refund
