Misleading advertising from Banggood

I bought a Mailtank drill 32v on the 14 August 2019 with two batteries. I received two batteries that showed (1amp) and not 6000 mah as advertised. After i tested both batteries with a volt meter, it indicated 1 amp instead of 6amp.

I emailed banggood and explained the situation. I received feedback from banggood stating that they will look into the matter.from banggood service department from a person by the name of FAY, dated 21 August 2019 order ( ***1). She wanted me to to provide her with proof which I did.

Banggood has a written policy that if any customer is not satisfied with their product they will replace the wrong item or they will be refunded in full within 14 days. I comp**** with this and up to today 18 September 2019 customer service refuses to acknowledge that they need to do the proper thing which is to replace or refund me in full.
