Lost lost of money and no product!

Out of pocket loosing a lot of money here by Banggood! Purchase a projector Not having all the screen function's as it should have. Asked for a refund where they ask to return it. It cost me almost three time more what I paid for the projector and where nothing was found wrong from their side. STOLE my money and lost the postage cost. They stole form me and there is nothing I can do! DONT BUY FROM THESE LOT CALLING THEMSELVES BANGGOOD THEY SELL YOU BROKEN ITEMS AND YOU WILL LOOSE LOTS OF MONEY THROUGH THEM! Tried their customer service but goes around it and makes if they know of nothing!~ Now I lost all this money and no where to turn. This customer they lost for ever and will spread the word and expose them on all social media platforms
