Lack of Transparency

I have shopped from Banggood.com for the past couple of months and my items were shipped within 48 hours. On 12 October placed an order and was patiently waiting until i realized the item was still processing. It is now 10 days later, and the item is still processing. I have communicated but received no reply. The item is in stock and still available online but the message against my order indicates it is out of stock. I would have expected a level of transparency and communication other than misleading information because customers will continue to purchase an item which is out of stock.
