I hate it!!!

As a new customer of banggood i am really dissapointed and displeased with the service rendered. After a useless exercise with banggood I have purchased some to two items from them I haven't received even one and it's been a while round about 4 months since I purchased my parcels are stucked, I tryed sending them on online costomers service, emailing them no respond so it's seems as if banggood it's a **** it takes people's money please watch out folks!!!
