HORRIBLE SERVICE & SUPPORT/PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED!!

Hi,

I would like to start off by saying I am horribly disappointed with the service from Banggood.com I ordered a product 3 months ago and yet up till today have not received my product. I contacted support team to issue a refund and one agent did advise me 10/03/2020 that the refund have been processed due to the lack of poor delivery service that was issued on their side. But when I contacted them again they advised the refund was not issued and i must wait longer for the item. This is pathetic!
