Great customer service after sales

Great customer service and response. I have been ordering items from Banggood for several years, usual without any problems. On a recent order for a kit, some parts were missing. After contacting their customer support, they offered a discount on the kit already received, or a complete replacement, within days of contacting them by emails. I was quite happy about the quick resolution of the problem.
