Purchased an FPV camera (Hawkeye FireFly 4k Split) and it arrived partially functioning. I contacted Banggood, provided video and image of the issue. Banggood promptly rep**** and offered a full refund to correct the issue. I will use the refund to re-purchase the camera as a result of the excellent customer service.
