Great company, great products and great customer service.

I'm a content creator in YouTube. I do some unboxing and review of products as well. I have watched many videos of drones and radio controlled cars. I saw the review of the EACHINE E58 POCKET DRONE. When I purchased this drone it was on sale. It arrived before the estimated time. The box and the product was great (not physical damage neither on the box nor on the product itself). The problem was that the drone has a malfunction. It seems to be a factory issue. After taking off it was very inestable. It was very hard (almost impossible) to control. I contacted Banggood customer service about this issue. Their response was within minutes. They were very courteous and helpful. They apologize for the inconvenient and I was offered a full refund. This is a company you can trust. Great shopping and customer service experience.
