GOODS ORDERED AND PAID NO RECEIVED AFTER 5 WEEKS.

Ordered and paid goods for Christmas gift the beginning of Dec20, was going to delivered on the 17th. Got a message, delivery will be delayed, will get the goods on the 24th of Dec. It is the 05/01/2021 today and still no delivery and no word. Cant get a hold off them at all.
