Good customer support

In my shopping experience with Banggood Items were shipped as promised, and information on orders was updated accurately. Recently I had one item that did not work properly and when I contacted customer support they offered to replace item. I chose rather to have a refund and they have agreed to refund the full amount. I am very satisfied with the way they handled my request.
