Good customer service for malfunctioning product

I ordered a portable monitor and the product came broken, not sure the reason from the manufacture or the shipping since I paid a few euros for the shipping insurance. After some exchange about the product, they informed that I got a full refund for it. It looks like they got a good customer service, will update more. Hope I can support them in the future
