Good Customer Service experience

I've bought a few things in the store, however this time my order was not delivered. I've reached the support and they have responded for very question I had. They guided me what to do and for how long to wait. After some time I was given a refund since the order was not delivered to me within 30 days. I'm very satisfied with the service quality.
