Good customer service

In November 2019, we ordered an item from Banggood via expedited shipping which was delivered broken. We requested that Bannggood reship the item, which was never done, or was done via normal shipping but got lost. We struggled for a while to get hold of Banggood due to their Spring Festival. In February 2020, they started communicating with us. The issue was resolved very quickly and they gave us a full refund. I am happy with the outcome, even though it took very long.
