good customer service

I ordered a heli RTF from Banggood but unfortunately, the transmitter/radio was faulty. Customer service responded very quickly. I had to send a video of the problem, after that, they sent me a new radio so now everything is perfect. Thank you banggood. Great place to buy stuff. Roman
