Forced to purchase

I mistakenly bought chair covers and when I realized that I immediately cancelled my order within 5mn chatting with one of their consultants. To my surprise this morning I received an email confirmation that my order is prepared for shipment. I inquired with them about this they gave me a lame excuse of not being able to cancel my order. I wouldn't recommend anyone to trade with them, they're are just a ****.
