First time I have had a missing package but all went well otherwise

Would have given 5 stars but 1 of my orders never came. This was the only downside in what was otherwise a seamless transaction. All my other items arrived in good condition and within 2 weeks. They work as advertised, nothing to shout or complain about.

I got my refund easily after 2 email exchanges, thanks to Cherry.
