Fed-up with Banggood

My shipment date keeps changing and I'm really getting fed-up now. I placed my order on the 3rd of November and every week when I enquired the shipment date changed. From the 14th to the 16, to the 26th and earlier when I reminded them on it they said they only expect the product by the 6th of December. Are they ******** people or what? If if you estimate a shipment date for the 26th of November you can not say oh my bad looks like it'll be the 6th of December. How does that work. I'm literally a step away from canceling my order with them
