Terrible service would give a negative star rating if it was an option. Ordered seven items all to be sent to the same address. One arrived on time, five I had to cancel as at time of order it was in stock but suddenly was out of stock once I had paid, the seventh item was sent to a randomly selected address by Buffalo international logistics and I was told to go and collect it from the address they chose to send it to, which I was not going to do as it was in an extremely dangerous area of South Africa. Absolutely useless customer service and they dragged out the PayPal appeal until it lapsed. Save yourself the hassle and order from Amazon instead, it might be a little more expansive but you’ll have your items delivered and they will communicate with you throughout the whole process.
