DOA warranty

I received an item I ordered from Banggood (a small drone, a cheap one). With my disappointment, I had to activate their assistance service: one of the motors was faulty and the drone was unusable. I send them my request with a small video to prove the issue. Bangood completely fulfilled their warranty and I had a full refund after some day from my request. I not even had to return the item. I'm really satisfied with their post-sales service, and I'm looking for the next order from them!
