DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BANGGOOD !!!

I bought a $ 600 e-bike in October. Today is March 18th and I haven't been able to use my bike yet! The battery was faulty. I wrote for 2 MONTHS e-mails to receive a new battery but they have always given vague answers, despite having sent several videos and photos of the problem. Today my email address has been put in the SPAM filter and I can no longer contact them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING !!! CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORSE OF A ****
