Dishonest advertising and business. Total lack of customer concern

I ordered something off of Banggood which was supposedly in-stock. After ordering it, I checked My Orders, and it looked like the item was actually out of stock. I didn't receive this item until six weeks later and I had to send them quite a few emails to ensure that it was being sent to me. After finally receiving the drone kit I had ordered, I discovered they neglected to send me propellers. I emailed them about this and they asked me to send them a video as proof. I sent it and then they asked me to confirm the propellers. Then they asked me to buy the propellers and they would then issue me a refund. They wanted to me to buy the same propellers which should have been included and were listed in the product description on their website. Eventually, I bought them, and emailed them the price and the order number, and when they refunded me the money, the only refunded me a tenth of the actual price of the propellers. I emailed them about this and they told me, "the case was already closed. Have a nice day!" This company is complete garbage. Don't bother with them. You'd be lucky if you get out without an issue. Additionally, there website provides no means of canceling orders, issuing returns or modifying anything. Everything is done through a customer service team which seems to be run out of a zoo. Finding working emails or telephone numbers was not easy and many customer service links were dead entirely. It seems like a good website until you have any sort of issue with them.
