Complain Banggood.com

I have complained about a item, that I had ordererd and got delivered by Banggood.com ... The article (item) had a malfunction. After 3 or 4 weeks (3 times trying to reach the support of banggood via Email) I got an answer of them. After that the communication with the support was very good. After they accepted the kind of malfunction I send back the item and they refund the money to my account within a short time (3 days).
