Carbon fiber blades

I ordered a pair of carbon fibre blades for my trex600 nitro, when I received the blades the tip of blade was damaged, I immediately contacted Banggood and they reverted back to me for photos of damages, I sent the photos and explained, within a day or two they posted me a new pair of blades which I received in 10days, they were fast and promt,
