Buy mobile phone at Banggood - Xiaomi my Mix2

I bought a phone at Banggood in May 2018. It took me 40 days to get to my house. The product arrived in a plastic bag sealed from the post office.

Inside another plastic bag much more firm, protecting well its contents. And finally the cell phone in an elegant, undamaged box. Inside the cell phone and its accessories in perfect condition. The appliance works perfectly.

I had some setbacks with the "Federal Revenue" in Brazil, imposing an extra fee that I did not count. I got in touch with Banggood and after confirmation I was reimbursed the extra value I paid, since the origin of the problem was with Banggood in the import procedure.

Solved the problem ... my experience with the purchase on Banggood website was good. Very clear website, email service, follow-up through tracking code during sending to my home in Brazil. I bought an expensive product and it went well.
