Beware Banggood

I purchased and paid for an in-dash entertainment/navigation system on the 17th of June 2021. It is now 10th of August, even though I sent an enquiry to Banggood 3 weeks ago, I have heard nothing from this "very shady" company. Disgusted and disappointing. I used them after much research on reviews about reliability, looks like these must be "bought", reviews. Beware!!
