Bangood false shipping.

Beware !!!!I have been buying from this bunch for a while now but i will think twice before buying again. I bought an item and paid R3285.24 for it. I received a tracking nr and its shipped by DHL EXPRESS. Its been shipped on 01/12/2021 and the estimated delivery date is 02/01/2021. Its now 04/01/2022. I contacted DHL EXPRESS and they told me that the seller got a waybill nr from them but did not schedule a pickup date and that the item is with the seller and has not been shipped yet. I contacted Bangood and spoke to Scott and he said that i do not need to warry because my parcell has been sent and i must wait a week and track my parcell again. Its been a week and my parcell is still at the seller. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS!!!.
