Banggood.com *********** AND ******

On the 10th April 2019 i placed an order with Banggood.com for a fit watch,On 2nd May i received my watch 3 weeks after to find it do not work and faulty immediately,i notified them of the faulty unit.upon that they agreed to send me a replacement.16th May the watch was then dispatched and i waited up until the 18th June for delivery 5 weeks of that they claimed the delivery guys was at my door twice to deliver but failed as this was to my office but no courier made it here.Upon doing investigating the matter more,and not getting the full details of who the package was sent with ,as per my previous delivery where i got full access to track and monitor this. i feel my package was never sent.in the whole process i have been in contact with them advising them that nobody has been around to deliver also there delivery this time around wad different and take much more longer as before. they then advised me that i missed the courier twice in 1 day and the package was sent back.I then requested a refund and was advised that only $7.00 would be refunded back to me of that i paid a full $18.00 to get my parcel including the customs fees. this emails has gone back and forth for the last 4 weeks and they do not want to refund me my money.It was not my fault the first watch was not working and i can stake my life that there was never anybody the second time to deliver the watch.This company is *********** and must be closed down or reported to the government to be closed down. With that they offering me $7.00 and 200 points of that i will never want to buy from there website ever again.and all i want is my $18.00 back and they can get there faulty watch im sitting with at this moment
