Banggood Zero service

Ordered a drone and the product didn't work well. It was unstable and day 3 the drone stopped taking off. I've contacted Banggood on all possible platforms after sending an email to their support email, but only got an automated response and a chat on facebook which promised to contact me within 24 hours. This didn't happen and is R2000 out of pocket.
