Banggood; SALE OF BROKEN TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTS

Hello good morning, the problem with Banggood is that they sell a lot of defective products! Buy a drone, a hubsan zino and the gimbal gets stuck up when you lock it, when you turn on the drone. They believe and are really convinced that I have broken the product, they distrust and their regulations apply to me that a product barely used for 2 months "expires the warranty".

A product, a 240 euro drone no less, a faulty hubsan zino ... As explained, never hit the product and repairing it will be a difficult and very expensive mission.

Banggood, it is a truly ungrateful, unfair, immoral company and it cannot be more disloyal to your customers.

Due to circumstances I have not been able to previously verify the product for 1 month due to covid 19.

I find it an insult that they then hypocritically dare to say that they are sorry and that they want me to buy more things from them "because I am a valued customer."

In the near future I have already discarded Banggood, because it is unfair, I will buy the product again from another store, and defend my rights in relation to this horrible purchase and this abuse by Banggood.
