Banggood refunds.

I made a purchase, unfortunately I could not receive it because of taxes and customs fines.

I returned the product to Banggood and requested the chargeback. It was very bureaucratic, but I thought it fair.

At all times, I had a great service performed by Carina, who was interested in solving the problem and helped me throughout the transaction.
