Banggood - issue with dron

I bought drone from Banggood. Order came almost same day as was provided by ETA. Unfortunately when I wanted to test dron, one of the rotors was not working properly, therefore I was not able to fly with it. I contacted Banggood helpdesk with my issue, they responded early and proposed solution to send new, correctly working drone.The customer service is excellent.
